Oil Pollution Risk Reduction Environmental Auditing
This programme is directed towards any industry that holds hydrocarbons onsite. Carried out in collaboration with Briggs Marine Environmental Services, a training programme is under development together with a training package incorporating print, audio-visual and multi-media materials.

Environmental Geochemistry
A programme has recently been completed to develop print and electronic training material in environmental geochemistry. The electronic material has been developed in HTML format to enable the use of browser-based technology and to facilitate Internet delivery of the course.

European Environmental Engineering
Currently under discussion with partners in Finland, this innovate programme aims to develop a pan-European qualification in environmental engineering that is delivered in part by distance learning materials. Potential collaborators should contact Prof. Nicholson for further details.
